Equipment

  • Barbeque/grill stand
  • Frying pan
  • Knife
  • Protective gloves
  • Burger stick

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb ground bee
  • 1/4 tsp salt according to the taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper according to the taste
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 slices lettuce
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 slices cheddar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices beetroot
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp barbeque sauce

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Create two patties of the meat to flatten. Cook it properly. Preheat the grill pan and prepare the other ingredients.
  • Step 2: Cut the tomatoes into slices and the buns into halves equally, through the middle part. Spread the lettuce in the middle of the buns with tomatoes.
  • Step 3: Toast the buns from the inside and put them aside. Now grill the pineapple from both sides properly for 2-3 minutes so that it cooks well.
  • Step 4: Set the buns and pineapple aside and keep them warm. Now cook the bacon and burgers. Direct grill is not safe for cooking. So, prefer foil paper while grill cooking is done.
  • Step 5: After you cook the burger from the other side, add the cheese on the top of the cooked side. Set aside the burgers and bacon.
  • Step 6: After cooking the nuns from one side, cook it from the other side to melt the cheese properly. As the burger is cooking, warm the oil and fry the eggs in a pan. Make it a little crunchy and crispy.
  • Step 7: Spread mayonnaise on the bottom side of the buns and barbeque sauce on the other side.
  • Step 8: Layer all the ingredients like, slices of  tomato, pineapple, beet, burger, egg and bacon on the bottom  of the buns and leaf. Now fold with the other half of the bun. Enjoy with sauce and stick the burger to combine properly.

Notes

Beet is sweet pickled beetroot. Homemade beets are the best to taste.
